Demonstration Gegen Abschiebelager – Gegen ARE II BAMBERG: 24.10.2015

Wir protestieren gegen die sogenannte „Ankunfts- und Rückführungseinrichtung“, weil

• dadurch das Recht auf ein individuelles Asylverfahren unterlaufen wird. Die Flüchtlinge werden pauschal als „Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge“ abgestempelt nur weil sie aus einer bestimmten Region kommen.

• vorgetäuscht wird, dass Menschen vom Balkan keinerlei Fluchtgründe hätten. In anderen EU-Ländern liegen die Schutzquoten viel höher.

• so eine Zwei-Klassen-Einteilung von Flüchtlingen entsteht.

• diese Einrichtung Vorurteile in der Bevölkerung schürt und die Hilfsbereitschaft vermindert.

• es sich hierbei um ein populistisches Projekt handelt, um Handlungsfähigkeit vorzutäuschen.

• die deutsche Verantwortung für diskriminierte Minderheiten, wie Roma, Ashkali oder Balkan Ägypter, verkannt wird.

• diese Einrichtung die Zuspitzung einer ohnehin restriktiven Flüchtlingspolitik ist.

We protest against the so-called “facility for arrival and repatriation” because

• this undermines the right on individual asylum procedure. Refugees are collectively characterized as “economic migrants” only because of coming from a certain region.

• it is pretended that people from the Balkans have no reason at all to flee their country. In other countries of the EU, quotas for protection are much higher.

• a classification of refugees in two classes is thus set to emerge.

• this facility fuels prejudices among people and undermines willingness to help.

• this is a populist project feigning capacity to act.

• German responsibility for discriminated minorities, such as Roma, Ashkali or Balkan Egyptians, is neglected.

• this facility intensifies an already restrictive asylum policy.
